• Acquired (2007) the Nando’s Master Franchise Licence for the DRC region;
• Acquired (2008) the Computer Troubleshooters Master Franchise Licence for the Central African region;
• Other franchising opportunities are on the pipeline and under negotiations.

Mining & Energy

• Acquired (2008) Gas Exploration rights in the DRC;
• Negotiating other Energy rights  in the DRC and Zambia;
• Negotiating Mining rights  in the DRC, Sierra Leone and Ghana;
• Established (2008) a resource development strategic partnership with an Indian (Mumbai-based) consultancy company.

Infrastructure & Property Development

• Secured (2008) the rights (MABADILIKO) to develop a commercial and residential property estate in Kinshasa (DRC) region.

Business Tourism

• Launched (2009) a Business-Tourism Company in strategic partnership with Israeli, Ghanaian and American companies.

Technology and Health

• Acquired (2008) a stake in NextCom DRC, a subsidiary of NextCom Group, largest telecom infrastructure company in Israel;
• Entered (2009) into a Joint Venture with a South African Technology Provider;
• Launching (2009) a Health Service Provider Company in partnership with US and Ghana companies.
